Lindsey Moors is a member of the Pacific Coast litigation team at Welsh, Wales & Fry, PLC. Mrs. Moors enhances the firm’s success with her variety of experience practicing law within the states of California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada. She holds bar certificates in all four states.

In addition to conducting over 40 jury trials in Oregon, California, and Nevada, Mrs. Moors has engaged in over 100 non-jury trials and led numerous hearings and motion work. She offers extensive knowledge in civil litigation, insurance defense, and general litigation matters through her experiences working at Tharpe & Howell in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Joseph Law Firm, in La Grande, Oregon. 

Prior to joining Welsh, Wales & Fry, she also served as a Chief Deputy District Attorney on the Special Victim’s Unit for the Clark County District Attorney’s Office in Las Vegas, Nevada as well as worked for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office in Riverside, California, as a result of her husband’s military reassignment.
