Mr. Fry is a partner with Welsh, Wales & Fry, PLC. A trial and litigation attorney, Mr. Fry handles cases in WW&F’s Oregon, Washington and Nevada offices.



His practice includes construction law, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, commercial litigation, and real property disputes. Mr. Fry represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and commercial litigation. He has substantial experience in construction law, representing builders, developers, and design professionals in a wide range of matters, including defect claims, job site injury and transactional issues. Mr. Fry also represents insurance clients for third-party and first-party disputes, coverage opinions, UM/UIM and subrogation claims.

Mr. Fry is a 2002 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana. In 2002, Mr. Fry began practicing law in Nevada. He later moved to the pacific northwest with his family and began practicing law in Oregon (2005) and Washington (2006). Mr. Fry regularly represents clients in state and federal courts. He is a member of the state bar and licensed to practice in the state courts and U.S. District Courts of Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Over the past twenty (20) years, Mr. Fry has litigated a variety of complex civil litigation matters. His experience includes all aspects of the litigation process, successfully representing clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trials. He has served as lead trial counsel in administrative proceedings, arbitrations, bench trials and complex litigation jury trials. While experienced in a broad array of legal issues and willing to take a matter to trial, he has a practical understanding of the benefits of resolution, when appropriate, to minimize the costs, stress, and personal impact of litigation upon clients by negotiating a favorable and timely resolution for his clients.
